The error message explicitly indicates the fact that this bug is related to the boot configuration data, which has either been corrupted or lacks for crucial information.

    >>First of all, you don't need to change the boot order but just enable F12 boot list choice on BIOS, if it's already enabled, just press F12 and then choose your bootable device.

    >>You cannot use offical Microsoft .iso to USB program - You have to create bootable ISO using Rufus software (simpy type rufus into google or LINK), then all you have to do is to make sure you selected GPT partition schemefor your bootable usb and FAT32 filesystem. The most improtant thing is that our Acer Aspire Switch 10 supports ONLY 32bit Windows, so simply all Windows instalators which contains 64bit version are wrong. Conclusion is simple, you need only 32bit instalator, the 32bit/64bit wont work (just like only 64bit instalation which is obvious)

    >>Boot from the Windows installation disk.

In the “Windows Setup” dialog box that appears, set the Time and currency format, Keyboard or input method and the language to install and then click “Next”. Click on “Repair your computer” from the lower left corner.

From the “Choose an option screen”, click on “Troubleshoot”. Click “Advanced Options” in the “Troubleshoot” screen.

In the “Advanced Options” screen, click “Automatic Repair”. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Automatic Repair.

    Hallo,

Als ik op F12 druk, kan ik een bootable device aanklikken. Na een tijdje krijg ik echter weer het scherm met de foutcode 0cx0000185.

Rufus is a software use to create a bootable windows disc (iso image). After creating the USB bootable disc, you can use it to boot your device and restore windows.
YOu can also use the USB recovery media created from your device or if you have not created one you may contact Acer support in your region to get the recovery disc and restore windows.
