I have an all in one AZ3-715 back from service two weeks ago. it took to long for windows to come up, froze all the time on desktop and applications and the hard drive light was on all the time. two weeks after service again started to acting up. just now it took 17 mins since I pressed the power button until I finally could open a folder. any one here with the same problem? because I know for sure this is not the way a computer is supposed to be!

    Hi, Some Acer Aspire Z3-715 systems may freeze or lockup, requiring you to completely power off the system. You can download BIOS R01. A2 (or later) to resolve this issue.
    1. Visit the Drivers and Manuals section of the Acer support website.
    2. Enter your Serial Number/SNID or search for your product by Model.
    3. Select BIOS/Firmware.
    4. Click the Download link for the file you want to download.
    5. Unzip the file and run double-click Flash.bat to install the BIOS.
