[Switch SA5-271P] Windows 10 Pro Update fail & restore repeatedly from build 15063 to 16299

Hi, i've been prompted endlessly by Windows to upgrade from Build 15063 for my existing Windows 10 Pro OS , and it keep persistently do so in background with every 1 hour asking. However each time, it went into upgrading mode, it will fail and end up restoring previous version. I hardly have any time to react at the stop error to snap the QR code (relating to some memory mgmt)  and it will went in restoring mode automatically.  This is pretty frustrating !  It seems that there are some incompatibility issues with this model from going with the latest build?

1. How should i proceed to upgrade to the lastest build without any issue and breaking this upgrade,restart,restore cycle?

2. Is there any way to retrieve the stop error after system has went on to restoring?

To prevent windows update from installing automatically, follow this step: 

You can set your Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection as metered, which limits how the OS access and uses an internet connection, and when enabled, updates won’t download automatically to your PC.

If you want to set a wireless network connection as metered, do the following:

Open Settings > Click on Network & Internet >Click on Wi-Fi >Click on the Wi-Fi connection to access its settings.

Turn on the Set as metered connection toggle switch to enable and restrict background data usage.

>>Do the same for Ethernet connection.
