Hi there, I recently purchased the Helios Predator 300 (G3-571) for gaming on the go, love it.  I am considering attaching it to an external monitor at my home for when I game there.  I know that the laptop does not have a display port and I believe that the model that I bought has an HDMI 2.0 connection.  I believe that the maximum refresh rate that I will be able to achieve will be 120HZ on a monitor that has an HDMI 2.0 input.  Is this correct?  Also, is there any way to take advantage of the GSYNC technology with an HDMI 2.0 connection?  Thanks in advance for any help, and if anyone has any monitors that they would recommend, that would be great as well.

Also, is dual link DVI an option on this laptop?

The max supported rate for the G3's graphics adapter is 60 Hz at all rez. Dual link is only possible with an active device that converts a single output to dual --- a simple cable adapter won't cut it. Jack E/NJ
