If you allowed Windows Updates to update your graphics driver that is probably what went wrong. The safest way to use Windows Updates is to set it up so you are informed of the available updates but does not install them automatically.

First uninstall the display drivers and application completely from your computer with DDU Display driver uninstaller . You  can also use the AMD Clean Uninstall Utility , maybe this will clear all left behind files and driver. AMD Clean Uninstall Utility
Then launch windows update, clicked on the « check update » button, and check if an update for  graphics drivers appears there. Install it, restart and finally after that  install the drivers from Amd’s website.
Reinstall the latest drive from this link http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64
Restart your device after the installation of your new driver.
