internet connection issue -have 2 aspire F15 -

have 2  ACER aspire F15 laptops
one computer - internet works well on both wireless and ethernet. iphones and ipad access internet wireless no problems..
however the 2nd computer - cannot connect to internet
 on network status
with ethernet -  says "connected to internet" - but when try searching - says "can't reach this page" - so does not work  
with wireless  says "connected secured"  but when try searching - says "can't reach this page" - so does not work  
"trouble shooting " says  " the default gateway is not available" ??
something wrong with settings in computer?? 

was working fine last week - do not think I added or changed anything ?? however? could have??

Hi,
It's easy in your case, you can compare the drivers, check whether you have the same driver as your working laptop, also check other wifi settings as the same laptop, things you can check are Preferred Band, Wireless Mode etc in Advanced tab.
