Hi, I am an illustrator of children's books. I draw my
images, scan them, and bring them in to PhotoShop to perfect and colour. Then I
save them as a high quality PDF or JPG. Recently I became interested in trying
out a drawing pad to do final touch ups and was told I could use my Acer iconia
with a stylus pen to do that. I have researched on Google and all I am becoming
is more confused!
I really do not need much functionality. I need to access my high quality
images (I can put them on a USB or external drive or where ever I have to put
them) on my tablet and use a stylus pen to touch up images without losing
quality. Just need to add black lines. That’s it.
Here are my questions:
1. Is this even possible with the Acer iconia?
2. Is there a program I have to download?
3. How should I get my images to open on the tablet/where
should I store them?
4. I see so many stylus pens out there that I am boggled. I
am guessing because this is a touch screen that I just need one with a fine
tip, not a “digital-rechargeable” pen?
Any help would be so greatly appreciated!
