Shipping Replacement Wifi Chip

I have not had success with the customer service that I've been able to contact so far, so thought I would try here.
My acer chromebook is still under warranty. The wifi chip is malfunctioning, so the wifi turns off immediately after I switch it on.
Acer said that they cannot ship a new wifi chip to India, where I am currently. I am unable to wait until I get back to the US to fix the laptop. |
The local repair shop does not have the correct wifi chip. The SNID of my laptop is 74108328676, and the Serial Number is NXG54AA018741145567600
Any suggestions on who I should talk to next? Can anyone give me information on the replacement part so that I can try to find it locally?
