Acer Aspire Nitro 5 broken hinge

We bought the Acer Aspire Nitro 5 with the mixed reality headset. Since the very beginning we have had problems. The Mixed reality headset was supposed to be plug and play but actually took us weeks of messing around to get it to work. 
Now 9 months after we bought it, te left hinge has broken, the case is separating and the screen is pink.

    Since this is within the warranty period, it is optimal to claim a warranty repair. You can contact Acer in your region and get this fixed:
