    I finally succeeded in rebooting the laptop on the USB key and chose Repair
    Then impossible to start in safe mode.
    But I managed in the options to return to a previous restore point (when it had not worked before).
    The last restore point was corrupted but the previous one before the last W10 major update worked !!!
    I updated all my drivers and redid the latest Windows 10 update.
    Now everything seems to be working perfectly.

    Congrats on you success! Check Device Manager for any red or yellow device driver warning after re-doing all the Win10 updates. And make sure system protection is still enabled just in case. Jack E/NJ
