That is for abApps, Acer has various service applications called the Acer BYOC. Acer is officially ending the support this September. (September 30, 2018)

Answer: It is safe to ignore the message as long as you do not use Acer BYOC or any abApps.

Hi I have the same end of service notification this evening. The trouble is my pointer has disappeared as well. I’ve tried fn plus f7 but it doesn’t help. Not sure if this is linked. Can anyone help? Thanks

Might be due to the notification taking up the full screen, simply press the Windows key and D and your pointer should be back. If not, press Ctrl+Alt+Del and then press tab key, your pointer will select task manager, then press the delete key on Windows Explorer, then Run -> explorer.exe and the pointer should be back, try to restart the computer as well might help.
