    Tap two times on the face or side of the screen. If your leap does not turn on, tap the screen two times and hold the second tap longer.
    Place your Leap into the charging cradle and plug in the USB to charge. If it does not light up in ten minutes, press the cradle’s reset button with a paper clip. Check the USB cable to see if it is defective or damaged.

    You can contact the retailer where you purchased your leap or Acer technical support to fix the Acer Liquid Leap device.
