Hi, when I start my laptop, «No bootable device» appears and I can't access my desktop.
I tried reseting the booting configuration to default by pressing F2/F9/F10 when the ACER logo appears, but it didn't work.
Please save me!

Thanks!

It can be but the only way to check it is to try thw SSD/HDD in another laptop or PC.
Is better if you take your laptop to a computer shop.

if you Press F2 key at boot, are you able to enter BIOS?
if so, check under Boot menu if windows boot manager is listed or in the main page if your SSD/HDD is recognised.
if is not recognised, probably the SSD/HDD is gone.

When I enter the Boot menu, I see exactly this:

    Boot Mode :            (UEF I)
    Secure Boot :         (Enabled)

    Boot priority order :
    1. HDD0:
    2. HDD1 :
    3. USB FDD :
    4. Network Boot-IPV4 :
    5. USB HDD :
    6. USB CDROM :
    7. Network Boot-IPV6 :

When I enter de Main menu, i see exactly this :

    System Time :             (11:39:24)
    System Date :             (07/02/2018)

    Network Boot :          (Disabled)
    F12 Boot Menu :        (Disabled)

    Touchpad :                (Advanced)
    Lid Open Resume :     (Enabled)
    D2D Recovery :          (Enabled)

As I said, I tried F2/F9/F10 to set the booting options at default but it didn't worked...

    What do I do now?
And what do I do if the SSD/HDD is gone? I don't even know what that is...

if you are still under warranty, contact Acer support center.
    http://www.acer.com/worldwide/support/
SSD/HDD is where your data and windows is stored, so if it's broken, your laptop can't start.
