Predator Helios 300 G3-571 GeForce Experience not working.

Ever since I bought this laptop around two months ago the program GeForce Experience has been very buggy, or perhaps I'm missing something with my computer. When I log in it prompts me to install the "latest driver", GeForce Game Ready Driver Version 398.36, and says I currently have no driver installed. The Notification, Settings, Home, Drivers, and Check for Updates buttons all do nothing and clicking my profile will only bring me to the Redeem, Account, and Logout buttons.

When attempting to install this driver everything goes well and I restart my laptop only to get the same prompt again. I have no other options with this program and uninstalling the entirety of it multiple times hasn't changed the outcome. The driver refuses to properly install as well which is most likely the reason why my gaming issues, the whole reason I bought the laptop in the first place, persist. I've tried to manually install the driver as well but it hasn't gone well, pretty much the same issue of it saying it's installed only to tell me to do it once more.

Is there something I'm doing wrong here?

Open Device Manager. Do you see any red or yellow warnings? If not, uninstall the nVidia driver. Exit Device Manager. Reboot and let Windows redetect the adapter and automatically re-install a driver. Jack E/NJ

I see a yellow warning triangle under NVIDIA Geforce GTX x1060. I uninstalled it and tried to use GeForce once more to reinstall it but it only said: "This driver is not compatible with your system." The other buttons still won't work either.

No. Just uninstall it. Then don't try to re-install anything. Exit Device Manager. Then reboot and let Windows automatically re-detect the hardware adapter and install the driver it, not you, thinks is compatible. Jack E/NJ

Alright. I used device manager and right clicked on the driver to uninstall it. It disappeared and I rebooted my laptop. When I turned it back on and went to device manager it was still there. I tried this method in several different ways as well, shutting down instead of restarting and clicking the box that said: "Delete the driver for this device" as well and the same outcome keeps happening.

I suggest an ALT+F10 reset outside of Windows to rule in or rule out a hardware issue. From a completely off state, turn the machine back on and immediately press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. A recovery screen should appear to either re-set to a factory fresh state or re-fresh while saving your personal files/data as in the video below. A re-set is best. If still no joy after a re-set, it's likely a hardware issue and you should arrange for a warranty repair ASAP. Jack E/NJ
