Title is self explanatory. Tried resetting and updating graphics drivers, didn't solve the problem. Does anybody know any solutions to this problem?

Connect the laptop to an external monitor and if the artifacts appear there as well the problem most likely is the GPU. If they don't appear then the problem is in the screen. There is not a way to fix the problem by yourself whether it is the screen or the GPU, so you have to contact Acer.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
