I just bought the Acer Aspire V3-771G-6485 and found that it had 4 ram slots instead of two like it said on newegg. I checked bios and it woud not allow me to change anything except hdd type and passwords, checked to see if it was running dual channel ram, and still the top two slot do not work. I can put any of my four sticks, which are all the exact same ram type, in the two lower slots put if i try putting them in the top slots, the laptop turns on but stays on a black screen, no flashing from the hdd light. But when i put in the two bottom only, it runs normally. I was wondering if I could change this two allow the two top slots to work.
