Hello,

I recently purchased the Acer LCD KA251Q monitor and it is not being recognized when I am trying to connect it. I have tried both HDMI along with VGA connection and neither is recognized. PC is Windows 7 and I have made sure that all of my video drivers are up to date. Is anyone able to assist with anything that might fix this? Thanks in advance!

What exactly happens when you connect the monitor?
A Green power LED means the monitor is getting power and a signal from the computer.
Do you see "no signal" or "input not suppoted" message when you diconnected the monitor?

If you have another monitor see if that works on the same computer.
if that doesn't work try plugging the monitor into another computer.
Monitors are plug and play so no drivers are required for them to work.

Let us know the status of the issue. We will be glad to assist u further.
