I want my laptop to go energy saver mode automaticly whenever I unplug it from the charger. how?

I just cant find the solution.
I want it to go to energy saver automaticly. You know, it can be set manually in the bottom right corner.

As suggested in this thread (https://www.sevenforums.com/performance-maintenance/99382-different-power-plans-plugged-unplugged.html), you can set each individual setting for "Plugged in" and "On battery". This way there is no need to switch power plans, and you still get the result you are looking for. It of course takes about 10 minutes to do, but then you are good.

The power plans themselves don't really do anything different despite the name, the only difference is that they have different preset values. So if you want to only have your Energy Saver on when your computer is unplugged, you can see what values the Energy Saver profile has for each option under the Power Options->Change plan settings->Change advanced power settings, and set the values the same on your current profile.

To be honest, it doesn't really make much sense to change your power plan based on if your computer is plugged in or not, since that is exactly why they have the options for "plugged in" and "on battery" in each plan.

What do you mean by "best battery performance"? Best performance of the laptop on the battery alone will discharge the battery quickly. So I'd recommend that you choose the "balanced plan" in Control Panel's power options and edit this plan to your battery discharge preferences when unplugged. The "balanced plan" is midway between a "performance plan" which might be hard on the battery, and a "power saver" plan which might slow your machine too much. All my own machines are set to the balanced plan which I edit to save the battery charge as much as practical when my laptops are unplugged from the charger. Jack E/NJ
