Okay, now I'm 100% sure I did everything I can to fix this, but it's just impossible. I'm talking about my Acer Aspire 5 A515 that I newly bought with the Atheros Qca9377 wifi card.
my download speed has always been capped to no more than 200 kbps although other devices under the same wifi can get a download speed of up to 2 Mbps; I tried everything I can, updating drivers doesn't help at all; I even sent to one of Acer's Repair centers to have it checked, a week later I received my device '''Fixed'' but the problem always persists! what am I missing here?

What "everything" have you tried so far other than the ACER repair center? 0.2Mbps downloads are pretty slow. 2Mbps downloads are pretty slow too. What kind of router, modem and service provider do you have? Jack E/NJ

Well, of course, I tried different drivers, I tried to mess with the wireless mode on the W-LAN card settings, and the router's settings a common solution was to turn off something called WMM/QoS, both these options I don't have on my EasyBox-256F24 from Vodafone. if Acer repair center can't help, don't know what can. I hope you have some insight.

Your router, modem and/or ISP are more likely problem(s) if the best you can get is 2Mbps downloads with your other devices. (1) What is your router model & number? (2) What is your ISP plan's advertised best download/upload speeds?  Jack E?NJ

2 Mbps is not bad, at least for me, that's my goal download speed, the plan's bandwidth is 16.7 Mbps and 3.2 Mbps upload speed, Which translates to 2 Mbps download speed.

Something seems wrong here. Download speeds to your devices are typically higher than uploads from your devices. Downloads should probably average about 10Mbps from your plan description, not 2Mbps. Uploads of 3.2Mbps seem OK. What is your router model & number?  Jack E/NJ

well what I mentioned was the Bandwidth so 16.7mbps should translate to roughly 2 Mbps download speed. so a 5 Mbps bandwidth has the download speed of 500kbps (I know this cause I used to have this internet), so today after missing more with drivers, I got the download to reach 2 Mbps, but very unstable, jumps all over the place, goes as low as 100kbps sometimes 0.0 and sometimes stays at the full 2Mbps. very unstable to say the least. for the router it is a Vodafone EAsyBox 904 xDSL, S/N: R4234284649
