I have been placing orders since may 26, I HAVE PLACED ORDERS 12 TIMES and acre has rejected all my orders.
I contacted the sales support, all they tell me is that my credit card didn't pass through the validation system
SO I tried 3 different credit cards, then i asked 4 friends to order on my behalf (we tried everything from credit card to debit card) all orders were rejected.
when I ask the sales support why all my orders were rejected they don't have an answer expect credit didn't go through the validation system. My question is how come 5 different people have there credit cards, debit card rejected. there final answer is to buy from partner retailers.
I don't want to buy from retailers, i have tried everything possible i can think of to buy online. What do i have to do to buy the laptop.

please don't reply back with other suggestions,
1- i want to know why all my orders were rejected
2- Acer Canada office is 30-45 mins away from, I can take CASH, MONEY ORDER, CERTIFIED CHECK/ BANK DRAFT. what ever you guys accept I will pay the money in that format. tell me what do i have to do to buy this laptop

a few order #s, I m forgetting 2 order numbers but i can provide all if u ask, the orders are mix some were placed by me and some by my friends on my behalf

With all those rejected orders, I'd probably be more worried about them all being UN-rejected at this point with a dozen systems showing up on my doorstep and a few big credit card bills.

I'd hafta call 1-800-910-2237 to try to get it straightened out. Plus fill out the forms here

    https://store.acer.com/en-ca/sales/guest/form/

with all the rejected order numbers. Then rattle @Acer-Manny 's cage again. Jack E/NJ

    Hi 12345678901,

I am very sorry to hear that you’re having problems with your online store orders, let me just clarify, the Acer Community (Forum Discussions), were designed as a peer to peer support community where Acer users help other Acer users with their questions or troubleshooting inquiries.

Although this community is not a direct portal to Customer service, Acer employees may read the various topics posted here and you will notice that some Acer moderators may interact with members when appropriate. (case by case basis). I did received your PMs and escalated to the appropriate department which they have confirmed they followed up with you, please make sure that you respond and follow up back directly with the eCommerce department.

Keep in mind that primarily the community is a place where members can exchange their own advice, ideas, articles with knowledge and troubleshooting techniques etc. The Acer community is not design for direct customer support consultation, case status, complaints, parts requests/orders or sponsorship/donations request, please use the appropriate channel/sources for your particular request.

    Thanks,
    Acer-Manny
