Black screen on startup of Acer predator ph351-51

I recently bought Acer predator ph315-51. After 15 days form buy, it started hanging,and one time it completely stuck,so I forced shut down pc.when I reopen, it shows only black screen.i tried to contact to the service support,so he told me to reset the battery.after this , everything was completely fine but after some days I have same problem again. Can anyone please provide me permanent fix of this problem. please help me.

    Try to perform a power reset again. You will have to wait for a permanent fix of this problem
    I see that there has been some issues reported for this model and this has been already escalated by Acer Crew to headquarters and is being investigated. Please follow this thread and wait for further update.   https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/comment/575377#Comment_575377
