Please try a simple power reset and check the issue. Shutdoew the laptop. Disconnect the charger. Please check for a battery reset PIN hole at the bottom of the device. The reset hole would have a battery symbol next to it. Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds. Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power. Reconnect the charger and power On the laptop.

What is the full model number of your device?
Do you see any indicator lights on your device when you turn it On?
Was there any windows update that was automatically installed on your device?
Have you done any hardware upgrade before this issue?
Are you still using the same factory shipped windows?

Is the laptop plugged with the charger?
Do you see the Acer logo when you turn On your laptop?
If you can see the Acer logo, Power ON and OFF it abruptly when Acer logo appears during boot process. Repeat this 3-4 times, until windows show you various recovery options.

    Thank you for your response!
Try to reset BIOS to default settings. Start your computer and as soon as you hit the Power On button, keep pressing the F2 key. You can simply hit the F9 key to display a blue screen that says Load Setup defaults? Clicking on Yes will restore the default BIOS settings.  Press F10 to save and exit.

I see that there has been some issues reported for this model and this has been already escalated by Acer Crew to headquarters and is being investigated. Please follow this thread and wait for further update.   https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/comment/575377#Comment_575377

You can also contact Acer support in your region and check for further option to resolve the issue.
