Yes. The only thing I saw from your earlier comment above that suggests other than the browser was "games". If these were online games using your browser, then yes everything points to the browser since it was all online stuff. If, on the other hand, the same thing happens with an app or program that's offline ---- for example,  notepad or Microsoft office or your desktop ---- that would be altogether another issue.   Jack E/N

What app is showing it's zooming like this? A browser? A word processor? A game? What? Jack E/NJ

Jack, thanks for your response. It makes no difference what's showing on the display. It does this for everything: all websites, whether games, Facebook, News, Weather, etc.

    (1) What is your full ES1's full model number? (2) What was the factory-installed Windows version and what version is on it now? Jack E/NJ

Jack, I have an Aspire ES 15 (ES1-531-C1GF) and I am still using the Windows 10 version installed at the factory. The computer is about 2 years old, but this zoom problem just started about a week ago. Thanks!

Open Device Manager. Click on the display adapter folder. Right click on the adapter. Chose properties. Then click on the driver tab. If a rollback option is available, try to rollback to the previous display adapter driver. Jack E/NJ

Jack, the rollback option is not available. I've done a little research on my own and think the problem might be with my browser (Google Chrome) settings, so I am going to check that out. Thank you very much for your efforts to help me! Jesse
