Acer Predator 17 (G9-791-735A) Black Screen and Touchpad Light Flashing

I have had my Acer Predator 17 for 2 years and have had few problems with it however last night I had it unplugged and on and I set it on my bed and after a few min. it black screened with the lights for the keyboard and back still on and the touchpad on/off switch light was blinking green and orange. I tried turning it on and off, taking the back plate off and putting it back on, resetting the battery through the pinhole on the back, and letting the lights run till the battery died. None of this worked and it still shows the black screen and the touchpad it still blinking. I have tried to see If anyone has had this problem and the only other person I could find that had had this problem could not figure it out so I was wondering if anyone here had any ideas on how to fix it.

No i have had a few hard locks where the keyboard has stay lite up and i had to take the back plate off, But i just got mine less than a month ago.
