Hi, I want to restore the Acer customized Windows 10 on my Helios 300 (G3-571-77QK). I lost my original OS because I send my laptop the last year to the store where I bought it because I was experiencing screen glitches they fixed it but they also clean installed Windows 10 using an USB stick so I lose my recovery partition.
Can someone with the same laptop or Acer support send me a link to download the Acer customized Windows 10 since I'm not on the US I can't order the Acer eRecovery USB stick for my laptop.
PD: If Acer can't provide it at least provide a guide of how to install correctly Windows 10 to make Acer apps (Predator Sense, etc work without errors).

    1. Go to MS site and make a USB stick win 10 installable
    2. Install windows
    3. Let windows update all drivers
    4. Go to acer site and download predator sense for your laptop, and install it

Windows Update drivers sucks, I installed Windows 10 offline then I installed .Net 3.5, chipset drivers, sata ahci, management engine driver from here https://us.answers.acer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/51890 (I've updated my ME firmware and BIOS previously), serial IO, card reader, touchpad, WLAN, LAN, Bluetooth, audio and finally Intel and Nvidia drivers (all of them from Acer website) after that I connected to my WiFi and downloaded Windows 10 updates.
Now Windows 10 1803 runs without bugs on my laptops including Predator Sense.
Note: You must hide Intel HD, Nvidia and Bluetooth updates from Windows Update because they'll break your Windows install making it unstable and buggy again.

I am telling from my experience. I said the steps I did on mine when installing Windows 10 after I downgraded to 7.

I had screen turning off issue when on stock windows. And this didn't occur after I installed windows off MS site and let windows do the drivers updates for me.
And I have all updates until a week ago, every single update for Windows and all hardware.

I downloaded the predator sense through the acer website for my specific model G3-571 (Just like your model) after factory installing windows 10 home on mine. Not sure why other users are having issues, but my predator sense worked fine. I did install the NVIDIA VGA driver too if that helps any.
