SW3-013 - Bluetooth not working after 1803 update

Hello, today I updated my Win 1709 to 1803 on my Switch 10 E, and I encountered some errors afterwards.

Like with other service packs, chipset was lost (no MicroSD reader, no touch screen...) so I reinstalled the driver from Acer and all went back to normal.

The audio had a weird and annoying effect, again, like with all previous service pack updates. I had to remove the I2S driver twice from Device Manager and reinstall the driver from Acer.

But now, the bluetooth connection doesn't seem to work with wifi enabled. I have tried with two different devices. No need to connect to a network, only with wifi enabled, connection seems to be lost. If wifi is disabled, connection is fine; the moment it's activated, connection is lost, but bluetooth keeps enabled.

That didn't happen on 1709, this same morning I was using my bluetooth mouse before the update.

Is there a solution or something I can try? I already reinstalled the drivers...

Do you get any error messages?
Please check if you have the latest BIOS version installed on your device.

    >>Please try running the “Background Intelligent Transfer Service” troubleshooter.
Once in the troubleshooting menu, click “View all” present on the navigation pane at the left side of the window. Now Windows will populate all the troubleshooters available on your computer. Navigate through the options until you find “Background Intelligent Transfer Service”. Click it. Check the option “Apply repairs automatically”. Follow the on-screen instructions and wait for the troubleshooting to complete.

    >>Restarting Bluetooth Service
Press Windows + R, type “services.msc” and press Enter.
Once in the services tab, navigate through all the list until you find “Bluetooth Handsfree Service”. Right-click on it and select “Restart”.
After restarting, right-click it again and click “Properties”. Now click on “Startup type” and set the value as “Automatic”. Press Apply to save changes and exit.
Navigate back to the list of services and perform the exact same tasks on the service “Bluetooth Support Service”. Press Apply to save changes and exit.
Restart your computer and check if the problem at hand got solved.

I've been on the latest BIOS for a while now. Did that steps, did not help. I tried with an external USB dongle and it works.

    Any ideas? Thanks.

Dude, the accepted answer - the link is not working. I'm also experiencing the same problem, on v1803. But I updated Windows 10, and it's now v1903, still the problem persists. Need help. Link's not working. Cant find the driver on realtek website though.

The Realtek website (https://www.realtek.com/en/) should have links to the latest drivers. The one from earlier in this thread will just have been removed because it was replaced by a newer one.
