Aspire E5-575 bios 1.43

Hello,

I recently updated my Acer E5-575 31G6 bios to the version 1.43, which was available on the product support page (https://www.acer.com/ac/fr/FR/content/support-product/6752?b=1) on May 25.
The update process was successful and everything seems to work fine.

But later the version 1.43 has disappeared from the support page. Is there any known problem with this version than can justify the removal of the download ? Plus, is there any changelog available ? I didn't found any changelog on the support page, nor in the archive. I've even extracted the content of the .exe file - an auto-extracting archive - to see if there was any changelog inside, but nothing.

The same for me. Installed on a 575G and all works fine.

Installed on Acer a E5-575-33BM, everything seems to be OK but, why the download isn't available now? I NEED TO KNOW! XOXO

Hi!!! After a couple days I realized that the Airplane mode button did not work, I downgraded to 1.32 and reinstall Quick Acces and it works again. I will wait for a definitive update for Meltdown and Spectre.

Easy, download the BIOS 1.32 and extract it with 7-Zip or something like that, edit files platform.ini, ZAA_multi.ini, ZAAR_multi.ini or another *.ini suspicious whith your favorite text editor.
