My Aspire Z3-615 All-In-One is stuck in "Boot Loop" After Windows 10 Automatic Update three days ago

I have been trying to restore my desktop computer back to older version of Windows 10 for three days now. I have read everything online I can find and even downloaded the Windows 10 Installation tool from their website to try. Nothing I have tried so far works and my All-In-One is still caught up in a Boot Loop. I do have the AVG Anti-Virus installed, along with the AVG VPN Network. Can anyone with this same computer model help me, I really don't have the money to take it in or send it off to be repaired, and I really don't want to wipe it, again, and start over........

I have a similar problem. My Aspire ZC-700G updated then lost internet connection and doesn't recognize my password. I can't get past the enter password screen.
