Active stylus pen not working on Aspire R7-371T

Hi i have the active stylus pen that came with my computer. I have installed hover feature and it works along with the button shortcuts on the pen.

My problem is that my computer does not recognize when i tap the screen with the pen and doesnt register as a click, therefore unusable.

Please help ASAP, thanks.

Hi, The compatible Acer Active Stylus for your Acer laptop model R7-371T is Primax - Part # NP.STY1A.002.

Please confirm whether your Stylus is of Primax and the same part #.
