Booting error with SX2803-25E W7HP64/E5800/6G/1TB

Hi there. 

Just today I began having problems with my Gateway desktop. Here is the information  SX2803-25E W7HP64/E5800/6G/1TB  .
This morning we received an our of nowhere blue screen then we tried to reboot we are now faced with this message.

Any help you can give me would be very appreciated. We are thinking this computer is done.

    Does the BIOS information tab fully identify the HDD by make, serial and/or model number? Jack E/NJ
