I just bought my helios 300 and it only has 4gb 2400mhz ram and now I bought 8gb 2133mhz ram. Can it be used together without getting one of the ram faulty?

Yes, they can be used together if the CL(CAS Latency) of both modules is the same. Because the frequency differs the 4GB module will be downclocked automatically to 2133MHz to match the frequemcy of the 8GB module.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Just to be sure. Won't it get faulty(one of the rams)?
No. If they are not compatible no harm will be caused to the RAM modules or the laptop.
