I have looked all over the internet for BIOS to allow me to enable Virtualization (which I know the processor supports) but have found nothing.
Can someone please help?

Thanks in advance.

Use the steps below to confirm if Virtualization Technology is available on your system:
Press Ctrl + Alt + Del.
    Select Task Manager.
    Click the Performance tab.
    Click CPU.
The status will be listed under the graph and will say "Virtualization: Enabled" if this feature is enabled.

Use one of the methods below in the below weblink to determine if your Intel® Processor supports Intel® Virtualization Technology (Intel® VT): https://www.intel.in/content/www/in/en/support/articles/000005486/processors.html

The basic pre-requisites for creating and running virtual machines in Windows 10 are the following −
Your computer processor needs to support virtualization, or more specifically SLAT (Secondary Level Address Translation). You can run a utility like Coreinfo to find out if SLAT is supported on your machine.
A 64-bit edition of Windows 10 Pro or Windows Enterprise. Hyper-V isn’t available for Windows 10 Home edition.
