Booting Issues and Disk Write Errors

Hi All, i have just bought a new Acer Predator laptop model G3-572-73PE (I7/8GB/1TB/128GB SSD/NVIDIA 1050TI) laptop P/N NH.Q2CSI.009. Not sure why but just after a first few uses the laptop has started freezing post log on and i don't have any choice but to hard shutdown the laptop by pressing the power key. Also, the boot time has increased, after the Predator screen the screen goes blank and after about waiting for 20 seconds the windows logon comes up, this is much slower than my other win X laptop without the SSD. 

Also picked up something which is very concerning. While installing "Call of Duty - Infinite Warfare" after the 3rd CD, the installer errored out saying a disk write error. I assumed it to be  an issue with the physical DVD, when i tried installing the same via downloading off the internet, the same thing happned. So not sure if this is a hard drive issue or something else.

If any one has encountered the same please shout out.
