F5-573G Doesn't support Virtualization?

i try to Enable VT-x on my laptop, it's seem like have no way? i checked with some tools: Intel Processor Identification Utility and LeoMoon CPU-V.

that means Android Studio won't run Emulator, VMware doesn't create 64bit VM.
My laptop specs: i5-7200u, 8GB of RAM, GT 940MX. Does my laptop is out of lifetime support? i don't see the new BIOS/firmware update for my laptop, but the same specs of E5-575G is getting some new features.
I used acer E1-572 before, but now it's in Trash (Stuck at logo on boot), then i buy this F5-573G laptop and always has problem. Next time, i wouldn't buy any products from Acer. Sorry, my English is bad

Hi,
You need to disable Windows Hyper-V to enable VT-x, go to Control Panel, Programs, Programs and Feature, click "Turn Windows features on or off".
Untick the box against "Windows Hypervisor Platform", reboot the laptop.

OK, enable Hyper-V reboot and reboot, then disable and see whether it makes any difference, what's your BIOS version?

Hi,
You could try reinstalling the Driver for the Processors in Device manager, uninstall the driver, reboot and let Windows install the driver.

You need to disable it but you need to find ways to do it, it's better to take it to a local shop and get it done by a professional. Which version of Windows 10 is in your laptop? Home or Pro?
