Hi , when I bought my laptop it had 4gb of ram and I had another 4gb stick , but the shop from where I bought it said that the laptop has 4gb of ram at 2133 mhz and I thought that is so good but now I have 8gb ram one 2400 and another one 2133 is a possibility to underclock the one with 2400 ? My bios is not uefi I can't do anything there.

You have a UEFI bootstrapper. Was it factory set to Legacy BIOS? An 2400MHz or higher 8GB DDR4 module should work OK with a 2133 8GB module. Jack E/NJ

Yes it was set to legacy , and if I tried to change it to uefi I had to install a new windows ,but what is a uefi bootstrapper ?

UEFI bootstrapper supports more security features & HDD partitions than a Legacy BIOS. It first became available on new machines with Win8x. Your machine was probably set up in Legacy BIOS to also accomodate Win7 in dual boot mode if desired. It also makes some Linux installations easier. I personally would rather have my own machines be set up like your A715.  :) Jack E/NJ
