Helios 300 cable internet slower than wifi

Dear Community,
I hope someone can help me. My issue is that I have my laptop with cable and it is showing 4MB download speed and on wifi is showing 10MB. I discarded any physical issue with the cable since my other laptop read 10MB without problem using the same cable. All my other devices connected to wifi show 10MB.

I did update Realtek Ethernet to the latest version and restart the laptop. However it didn't solve the problem. My laptop specs are:

Model: G3-571-77QK
BIOS version V1.13
Ethernet adapter: Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller (Driver 10.25.119.2018)

Hi,
If you have more than one Ethernet port in your router, try connecting to different port and see whether it makes any difference.
