~~Predator G3-571 Speakers not working (tried multiple legacy drivers...)~~

Hi All - 

 Lets see if the power of the community can fix my rig.  I decided to get back into gaming - love the look and feel of this rig!  Way to go Acer.

Yet - I have done all the updates and multiple driver reloads - to include shutting off the auto updates in device manager.  I have tried legacy Realtek drivers 2.80/1/2 - all do nothing.  Even reset the machine 3x.  Still, even upon flashing all the bios updates, resetting machine through acer care - nada.  Worried it's a hardware thing?  Maybe win 10 update broke it?  Argh...….

The headphones work fine, yet no speakers.  Somebody hook an old gamer up!  I want to start playing (without headphones lol).
