Questions about installing Windows on SSD M2 on brand new Predator.

Hi there, guys! I have a few questions about installing Windows on the SSD m2, and changing the boot to it.
My notebook is brand new, with nothing installed yet, and is exactly like Diony's notebook (that posted this week): came with 2Tb HDD, then I bought an M2 SSD.

1- The Windows that I need to install on the pendrive needs to be the same version that came with my notebook (windows 10 Home)?
2- When I install the windows on the SSD m2, will they ask a serial key or they, somehow, recognize the serial key on the other drive (that came already on the notebook)?
3- Will my "new windows" be a pirate version (similar as the last question)?
4- Once Ive installed the Windows on the SSD m2, what I do about the windows installed on the HDD? Just leave there? Should I need to delete it?
5- Will I need to install all the drivers and softwares that came already in the notebook? If this is the case, is there a list where I can find it?

Hi,
No problem, if you want to leave the HDD, you can try changing the boot order to make the SSD as your first boot in BIOS but I prefer physically removing and delete the contents latter on, it's up to you.
5. If you do a clean install as you have mentioned, you may loose the original Acer programs which came with the laptop, so if you want to avoid the hassle of reinstalling them, you could use a third party program like Minitool Partition wizard and use the migrate feature to transfer the contents of your HDD to SSD.
Please read the instructions for using Minitool partition in that thread.

1. Yes, it needs to be the same version of Windows 10 which came with your laptop.
2. No, you don't need to enter the product key, it's embedded in BIOS.
3. If you have downloaded from Microsoft download site, you don't need to worry about it.
