Hello i have a bug in my new laptop - flikkering lines and dots in the screeen.

I have made youtube video to show the problem.
here is a list of things i have done:
What I did after the bug appered
I did not install windows 10. I used the stock windows that came with the computer.
I did Bios upgrate to the newest
I did undervolt my CPU -0.115 (with Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility)
I tried to reinstall Nvidia dirver, the same lines appear.
When I take the computer out of the charger, the game work without lines for few seconds also when I introduce the charger.
I tried to reinstall the game, but its appear in fornite and counterstrike.

Please help me to fix it.

Press Win+R, type powercfg.cpl and press Enter.

In the Power options window, click on the Change  plan settings against the power plan that is currently active.

On the next screen, you will see different options for battery and plugged-on states. You have to click on Change advanced power settings.

In the new window that opens, select Display then Display Brightness and then choose same percentage for both On battery and Plugged in. For example, 50% brightness for both or 100% brightness for both.

Click on Save button and you are done.
Now restart and check the issue without charger plugged-in.
