Please check if the wireless card is showing up in the device manager > Under network adapters
If showing up,  click on the network controller needing drivers. Then click on the details tab.  In the Properties drop down list, select the second item (Hardware ID's).
Post the top string of characters you see in the window. Those will identify the model of the wireless card you have and we will send you the link to the drivers that should work.

Hey i installed latest version of windows 10 which is 1803 which installed fine and i was able to install the wifi driver without any problem but i dont see the wifi adapter in device settings or an option to turn it on and same for bluetooth i m still not able to use wifi and the model number of my wireless adapter is QCNFA435 and i tried installing many version of the driver but nothing seems to happen

    Hi @Chandramouli

Click Show hidden devices on the View menu in Device Managerto check if you are able to view hidden devices.

To show non-present devices, using Device Manager, open an elevated command prompt windows, type the following and hit Enter:
    SET DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES=1
Next, type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter to open the Device Manager.
Having done this, from the View tab, select Show hidden devices. You will see some additional devices get listed here.

To use the Network Adapter troubleshooter,
Open Settings > Click on Update & security. Click on Troubleshoot> Select Network Adapter, and click Run the troubleshooter.
Select the network adapter you want to fix, in this case Wi-Fi. Click Next to begin the process.
The troubleshooter will find and try to fix the Wi-Fi problem on your device.

After the process completes, open your web browser and try to connect online. If everything is working again, you’re all done. If it’s still not working, try to reset yout Wi-Fi Adapter. Open Settings >Click on Network & Internet > Click Status.
Click the Network reset link > Click the Reset now button > Click Yes to confirm. Click Close and restart your computer.

@nmacck you should start a new thread (use the Ask a Question button) for your issue. This thread is nearly 5 years old. Include your full model number (which should be on the same sticker as your serial number), what the issue is and what you have tried so far. Open Device Manager and show us a picture of the Network adapter section also.

Click on "Like" if you find my answer useful or click on "Yes" if it answers your question.
