SP513-51 instructions for bios update

Hello!
Model: SP513-51-370V
Current Bios Version: V1.02
On the support site there is a warning that the updates could potentially damage my computer, but I couldn't find an instruction of how to properly install the updates on the website or in the manual.
If there is one, can somebody point me to it? If there really is none, then that is a bit disappointing.
Also, some more information about the updates would be great.. Usually you don't install bios updates, if everything works fine.
But if there is a patch for a vulnerability, then you SHOULD update. Why are the updates not marked as essential or optional?
Anyway. There are three updates available for my system.
Do I install all three of them one after the other, or just the latest?
What do I have to watch out for (except for making sure it is connected to power)?
Thanks!!!

Alright, soooo I just called the support and they gave me some answers:
- only the latest version is necessary, the other updates are integrated
- run it as administrator (though I guess otherwise it complains about that anyway)
- quite important: once the update program is started as administrator, there is no more confirmation and the device automatically restarts into the updating process.
So in the end it was super easy, but not very comfortable to experience.
More detailed information on the updates on the website would be great.
Especially with a brandnew device I am quite paranoid of bricking it accidentally.0
