Hey guys please help me.... BSOD

Hello guys I'm exhausted writing this right now I've been up for 4 hours now late at night trying to fix this...
On 4th I recently got a Nitro 5 gaming laptop 2017 version. I did the Windows 10 I think 2 days after I had no problems before I did it but when I did do the windows 10 recent update (4/30/18 version) I have been bombarded with errors and crashes whenever I try to download games or other small downloads. I have done a factory reset to try to go to previous window version since my laptop didn't allow me to go to the previous version through advance startup I also tried to install latest driver updates and whenever I attempt to do anything everything says it's up to date? I have looked everywhere with websites and videos trying my best to fix this but no luck. I just want to enjoy my laptop since this is the first ever gaming laptop I've owned I can't do anything without it crashing and it's been really upsetting me since I did the full reset and everything I downloaded is now gone and has to be reinstalled. Once again please help I'm desperate I would've contacted Acer but its 2:32AM as I'm writing this.

The system is AN515-51 by the way forgot to add that.

There have been a number of issues with 1803. I was pretty lucky though I have one i7 desktop that refuses to boot (0xc1900101-0x20017) but keeps trying. There is supposed to be an update to the update due out tomorrow.
