Dolby I miss you! Pls help me to get it back

Hello Everyone,
My laptop was having some internet issue, I have reinstalled Win 10 but now, I can't see Dolby option in my pc  :'(
Where can I get it?

I have attached screenshot of it.

    Please download and install the Realtek audio driver Download
    After installing the driver, if the "Dolby" option is not displayed, open the downloaded folder and you will find a DS1 folder.
    Open the DS1 folder and openx64 folder and run the Dolby Digital application file.

    I have also got  the same problem as Movibeast
    the computer i have is

    Aspire VN7-591G

    would i also just download the driver and follow the same steps as said above. I believe my one was Dolby digital plus, but it says Dolby home theater engraved at the top left of my laptop

    Like @Sharanji said I would suggest installing the proper Realtek driver for your system to avoid any hiccups as its paired with the Dolby application intended for your system.
