Who do I talk to? My laptop is having problems after repair!

Okay, so I've been trying to contact or talk to someone for weeks about my laptop. I sent it in for repair and after I got it back a couple weeks later my laptop doesnt want to turn on or charge. Well it will turn on sometimes but then shuts right off. I tried calling and chatting multiple times but everytime I do they say my laptop is out of warranty. Shouldnt I have a warranty after the repair? Also, i feel like some of the agents or representatives are hanging up on me or just trying to blow me off because the few times I have managed to get in contact with someone they tell me to try holding the power button or the call just ends.
