Have you made any changes to the windows operating system?
You need to press and hold the Fn key and tap the F3 key to turn On and Off the wifi connectivity on your device.

If you have done any changes on your computer you may perform a system restore to previous date and check the issue.
Also, disable any firewall or antivirus and check the Wi-Fi issue.

    Please run the Network troubleshooter
In the search box on the taskbar, type Network troubleshooter, and then select Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

If that doesn’t fix your connection problem, try the below mentioned steps:
    >>Ensure that Wireless Adapter is Enabled.
Press windows key + R keys to load the Run dialog box. Type ncpa.cpl and press Enter. Right click on the Wireless network (Wi-Fi) connection and select Enable. If you see the Disable option available, then your card is already enabled, but you can give a try to Disable and re-Enable it.

    >>Make sure that Wi-Fi is ON and Airplane Mode is OFF.
Click the Start menu image and click Settings. Open Network and Internet. Select the Airplane Mode on the left and ensure that: Airplane Mode is OFF. Wi-Fi is On.

    >>Perform A Full Shutdown.
To perform a full shutdown in order to reinitialize WiFi adapter:
Click the Start image menu and then click the Power image button.
Now press and HOLD DOWN the SHIFT key (on your keyboard) and then click Shutdown.
Wait until all indicator lights turn Off and then Power On your computer again.

    >>Uninstall and Reinstall the WiFi adapter.
Open Device Manager. Click to expand Network Adapters. Right click at the problematic Wireless Adapter and select Uninstall. Press OK at the warning message to remove the installed Wi-Fi adapter. When the driver uninstall is completed, right click at the computer name on the top or at the Action menu on the top and select Scan for hardware changes. Wait until Windows installs the Wireless driver.Restart your computer.
