On factoring resetting my laptop, it get stuck at 62% and later displaying error message:
There was a problem resetting your PC ,no changes were made.
And after then, the PC will only display Acer logo and go blank, I've tried every available options, recovery and all but it's not working.
Please any help?

Have you tried recovery using the Alt + F10 steps at boot?
Do you have the recovery USB?

For windows 10, You can download the iso file of your edition from microsoft and use Rufus to create a bootable USB drive and install the OS, Windows will install most of the drivers, if you need any drivers, you can download them from Acer support site.

Yes I do try the use of alt+F10
I will try to download the ISO file, but what if I do have the ISO file already?
Is it necessary that I use the OS that my operation system is currently running on?
Because I do have OS .iso file on my second laptop though I don't know if it is home, enterprise or pro

You can try downloading using the iso that you already have. If unable to reset you may need to get the USB recovery media from Acer. It will reload the windows operating system and all the device drivers of your computer. The product key is already embedded on the mainboard of your computer and it will be automatically activated,
