I have a predator g9-793 and it came with a 256gb raid0 setup but I got a new M.2 and it's only reading at 700mb/s not the 2.5gb it should. I tried to update the firmware of the card and it said it can't in raid so I think the bios is still set to raid but I don't see an option to remove it

If you are using the 2nd m.2 port for your 256GB SSD, 700MB/S is basically what you should get, as the 2nd m.2 port is SATA interface and works at sata 3 speeds.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
