Aspire E 15: Video driver won't load after applying 'Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803'.

I have an Aspire E 15.  Love it; works great.

Since applying 'Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803', the 'Intel HD Graphics 620' driver won't load.  This prevents Sleep mode (I can only Hibernate), prevents changing screen brightness (I'm stuck at 100%), and the display back-light no longer shuts off (it's on 100% of the time, won't timeout and then black-out after Locking my Windows session).

My Intel video driver version is '23.20.16.4901', dated '12/18/2017'.  So far, no update is available from Microsoft Update, Intel, or Acer.  Thought I'd try posting here to learn if someone else has found an updated driver.

This is now resolved.  Deleting the device with uninstalling the driver works.
