Stucked on Insydeh20 Setup Utility. How to solve it?

I entered on this menu to disable the secure boot. But when I finished it & pressed F10 to save & exit,  my pc restarts and again the Insydeh20 setup utility menu appears. It is happening over and over and over again. I got stucked here. Please someone help me to exit this menu and run my pc.  
I DON'T WANNA LOSE ANY OF MY DATA FROM MY HDD.

    Hi Toukir,
    If your computer is booting on bios page again and again then load bios to the defaults and then save and exit. (press F9 and the press F10).
    If its still going to the bios page then try to load the unit in advance options like Safe mode with networking. Follow the link below .
