Battery problem

My laptop acer apire v5-471pg i would like to ask to to fix 0% available ,not charging problem. Last few month i remove the battery since i yesterday want to plug in but windows said  0% available ,not charging any solution

    @JohnChong_9788 make sure the battery is connected and keep it plugged in with charger and try these steps.

    > go to device manager > under battery section > uninstall the battery drivers by doing a right click and click uninstall ( make sure not to check the box to delete the driver software) now restart the device to see the change.

    if the above steps do not resolve the issue then try doing BIOS defaults.

    While powering on the device keep pressing F2 to access BIOS page. Now hit F9 and enter to set the BIOS to default configuration and press F10 and hit enter to save the settings. your device will not restart and the battery should be detected.
